I am a self-taught Chef with an extensive culinary background and have studied Herbology, Permaculture and am a certified UNF Master Naturalist. I take pride in assisting people with dietary & lifestyle changes that are available at Diane's New Dawn Cafe, which is unique to this location on the island. I’ve been working at New Dawn for six years and the store and the island are a perfect fit for my passion of the Northern Florida Coastal Region and desire to live the lifestyle I believe in so much. I spend time kayaking, bike riding and enjoying the beautiful view!
